It does not matter if you are talking about business, relationships or life in general, most people simply do not consistently achieve their goals. They are not Serial Winners.Larry Weidel, author of Serial Winner, has written an informative how-to guide that anyone can follow and become a serial winner. The key to success is found in the subtitle – 5 Actions to Create your Cycle of Success. The overall theme of the book is that success is achieve by taking action.Mr. Weidel gives plenty of tips about achieving success. He gives great insights and excellent advice that will help anyone improve their chances of success. But just knowing the tips and insights will not improve your chances of success. Only by implementing what he teaches can you expect to improve your lot in life.There is a simple 5 step process that forms the basis for his approach to success. He calls this The Cycle of Winning.1. Decide – unless you make a firm decision, commit to a specific goal, you will be wandering aimlessly through life. Decide.2. Overdo – take massive action. Instead of trying to do enough to get by, do way more than you think is necessary.3. Adjust – once you take action, you can begin to measure the results and adjust your actions based on the results you have achieved. Repeat the process.4. Finish – there is no payoff until you finish. Ninety-eight percent finished is not finished. So many serial entrepreneurs are guilty of starting but not finishing. To be successful you must finish what you start.5. Keep Improving – Mr. Weidel says the key to a being a Serial Winner is ABI – Always Be Improving.There are some real zingers scattered throughout the book. These tidbits of advice are pure gold. Mr. Weidel hits it way out of the park with this book, which is a must have for anyone serious about success. "Serial Winner" crystallizes the process of doing BIG things. Each chapter opened my eyes to where I was coming up short, but I was most struck by Mr. Weidel's discussion of the last 2%. If you are not winning and you want to; if you are winning and you want to keep on winning, buy; read and re-read this book- and while you're at it, get one for someone you care about.
