His personality shines through with the anecdotes from his personal life whether it be him getting hit on by a prospective applicant, cruising on a dirt bike with one of his best friends, or words of wisdom from Lou Holtz of Notrr Dame.Highly recommended!

I love the wit and humor in this book and how he is able to relate a job search to dating.
