About the Author
Patricia (SoLaMeé) Heneage has expertise in the healing arts, multidimensional consciousness, intuition and meditation, encompassing thirty years of experience. SoLaMeé is a certified Matrix Energetics advanced practitioner and Integrated Energy Therapy Master Instructor. She addresses a pattern or health condition from the quantum state or energetic level in order to access possibilities for improvement. Each session calibrates the body towards a higher vibration in consciousness.
Patricia's (SoLaMeé) intuitive development began and included vivid experiences in her childhood. In the mid 1980’s she began doing past life regression therapy and card readings. The ascended masters and the angels were familiar companions in sessions and channeled messages were common. In 1991 she received the name Solameé during an energy experience up on a mountain. The name set the stage for a two year very intense spiritual awakening that drew her into a powerful "NOW" doorway in consciousness. Her book The Spiral to NOW: It’s a Journey of Awakening outlines her unique timeless journey and the advanced states in consciousness a universal awakening will reveal.
Having accepted and embraced a new name that was not of her choosing, took a leap of faith. It was loosely shown to mean “river of the sun.”In more recent years she was nudged by her inner guidance to loosen up the way her name is written and notice each syllable. For a time it was like seeing each syllable as musical notes as in So la meé. Having been a singer who loved music her whole life, this did not seem strange. This pulled apart emphasis on syllables somehow also opened up a way for deeper soul memories to surface and integrate. Nearly two years later her name became the current written form of SoLaMeé.
Over the years she has worked with adults and adolescents in treatment facilities in Illinois and in Idaho, becoming a certified alcohol and drug counselor and later a psychiatric rehabilitation specialist for adults and children. With her advanced training in intuitive arts as well as experience in mainstream helping professions, she is uniquely qualified to assist others with a wide array of health issues and challenges. SoLaMeé lives with her husband of many years in the foothills of Teton Valley Idaho. They have a grown daughter but lost a son in a sudden death in 1998 at age 11. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the account of her amazing journey of awakening By Rainbow Girl If anyone has ever stepped solidly onto the spiritual path or even if not, this is one woman's journey of awakening that can offer insights and inspiration to others no matter where in the unfolding development a person is. Ms. Heneage writes with impeccable honesty and right from her heart. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the account of her amazing journey of awakening. The story built and built on one experience to the next and to the next until the final chapter where it built to a fever pitch. I highly recommend this book to others.Well done, Ms. Heneage!

The accounts of her life journey are relatable in so many ways. For example, how did your relationship with your family shape who you are? How did you deal with insecurity and uncertainty? What moments in your life can you point to that you would consider a spiritual growth moment? Her honesty is refreshing and genuine. Her courage is inspiring.
