I have not drawn in a coloring book since I was a child, so it felt awkward buying this. I purchased this coloring book because I recently started drawing the manga style. I was running out of ideas and needed inspiration. This coloring book helped my art and direction. This is a fun book!I must say, there is one thing I would want to change the most in the illustrations are the eyes! One of the main features in anime art is the eyes. Most of the eye pupils have been filled in black, so it is almost impossible to give a dominant eye color. Other than that, this is a good book.The picture I added is one that had eyes I could color my own way.

I love the artwork and as another reviewer mentioned there are a couple images with cleavage- if this is for a young child tear those pages out. That being said it makes a great adult coloring book. I think I will color a more adult image for my boyfriend LOL. I will have to copy some images to a heavier pound paper so I can color with markers or color the same picture twice. I look forward to the next volume.
