2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Backed by science By Cherie Peterson I think the Guerrilla/Gorilla diet is such an awesome idea! Enough of that paleo stuff. Galit Goldfarb does a great job of describing the science behind the diet and lifestyle and why it can be beneficial for people. She goes into detail about every aspect and exactly how you can make the necessary lifestyle changes to succeed with the diet and become healthier.She actually cites her sources in the book too so you don’t have to take her word for it about the scientific support for the diet. The Guerrilla/Gorilla diet is definitely something I’m looking forward to trying out.

A very well thought out book By Charlene Day This book contains a very compelling and scientifically researched argument as to why all need to change our diets to a more Guerrilla/Gorilla vegetarian diet being in harmony with nature. Not only is there tons of research, there is a step by step program to get you into action around any changes you chose to make. But if you are willing to follow the 12 week diet and lifestyle program, you will definitely notice some health changes. For those who would like to change their lives for the better, this is a fantastic book to read and consider. This book is very well researched and going in to the book, I liked the point of view that the author started presenting. Goldfarb didn't just say what works and what doesn't; it's what works and WHY. I like how the author actually considered diet from the evolutionary perspective and presented the readers with a diet that works so you can live a long and healthy life!
