Simple, quick and DO-ABLE things that I have already made a difference in my energy level, and ability to handle my daily stressors. I love that what the author teaches is in these little baby steps that even I can do. It doesn't feel like some huge, overwhelming, new program to take on. It's just little things that help me enjoy my life--and myself--more. And some great new information on digestion (very cool!) that makes me feel energized instead of tired and bloated after I eat. If you're busy and would like bite-sized steps for big energy, this is what you've been looking for!

Perfect book for the busy woman in her 40's who's feeling exhausted By Amazon Customer As a busy business owner, I don't have a lot of brain left at the end of the day. Simona has made this so easy to read that it isn't taxing at all. It is so easy to glide from one sentence to the next. Many books I read and then forget by the next chapter what I read. This has chapter summaries to quickly refresh my memory. The fuel drops give you simple things you can do to start turning things around and building your energy back up. This book is the perfect read for the busy woman in her 40's who's feeling exhausted and run down.

By Amazon Customer Simona is awesome, and shares amazingly simple tips to maintaining a healthy, energetic lifestyle. I love that there is space to write in thoughts and answers as I plan on re-reading this every so often.
