Realistic and powerful - couldn't put it down By waters22 I recently read this and found it to be a very truthful portrayal of someone diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Although gut wrenching and sad at times, this book accurately depicts the struggles that individuals face when dealing with bipolar. I know how difficult it can be to know someone who is dealing with this terrible disease, and this book provides a realistic example of how a person can lean to live a stable and fulfilling life. I found this book to be easy to read, informative and most importantly, honest. Highly recommended.
