Particularly, I like the point author tying together scientific studies and intuitive common sense. The writing is actually quite good. However, some of it is rather simplistic and obvious in regards of practical advises. Although short, this book content some useful information. If you like to read and you want to find some practical information in an enjoyable way you will probably like this book.

The worst part was that i had to help with my team mates’ work as well. I happened to come across this book and in chapter 2, it mentioned saying “NO” to your colleagues as it is their job and duties to complete not me! After a few rounds of rejections to my colleagues, I was able to go home earlier and spend more time with my family. Great BOOK!!!

It gave me such a great relief in solving my problem handling my kids stuff. It really gave me more fun and building a better connection with my kids while organizing my home. Going thru the rest of chapters now and strongly recommend this book to anyone who wish to organize and improve their lifestyle.
