The busy schedules have kept many of us addicted to quick recipes and processed food with too many preservatives and unhealthy carb.But eating healthy is always important. After reading this book I learnt about too many resources and nutritional information which I've never come across before. I learnt about foods that look like organs does so much good to us and functionality of that particular organ it resembles like! It was an eyeopener to me!
