I’ve never actually noticed it, but now that I read this guide, I know that I have to change a lot! Everybody knows that junk food, processed snacks and sweets are no healthy options. However, it was quite a discovery for me that for example frozen meals are also a bad idea for those who stick to clean eating habits. This book gave me a lot of food for thought on how to change my diet and everyday eating habits. I really recommend it for those who are interested in improving their health and creating the best diet possible that will help them feel better, lighter and more active.

0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. green foods By Joe Chang wow this was a good book. very good knowledge. i usually just eat out once in a while. but i had no idea how it affected my ability to play sports. i will rarely eat out. i am going to stick on a strict healthy eating. i will mostly eat vegetables now and no longer eat rice. i love eating broccoli and carrots so this book was definitely what i was looking for.
