Freaky Good By Brenda C After reading "Creep" I became an immediate fan of Jennifer Hillier and couldn't wait to read the next installment in the series. Well all I can say "freak" was worth the wait.There is a killer on the loose, someone is murdering high class call girls and leaving a message carved into their body. The message is Free Abby Maddox! Abby Maddox was the girlfriend of seriel killer Ethan Wolfe, from the book"Creep." She is serving a stint in prison, and turns out she has been getting love letters from the killer. She decides working with the police to help catch the killer just might get her a reduced sentence,but can they figure out who it is before he strikes again?This book grabbed me from the opening pages, starting off fast and furious and not letting up until the end. The author has an interesting cast of characters, and for me it I thought the returning character of Sheila Tao was easier to connect with in this installment.If your a fan of fast paced, page turning edge of your seat reading then your going to want to pick up this one. A book that once I started reading I just couldn't put it down!A complimentary copy of this book was provided for review purposes.

Hillier Delivers the Goods Once Again By james garcia jr In the just released sequel, "Freak", Hillier takes the story from "Creep" further as Ethan is out of the picture, but his girlfriend and partner in crime, Abby Maddox, is in jail for the crimes that either one or both of them committed. However, women are turning up dead all over Seattle. They are the spitting image of Abby Maddox and they have the phrase: Free Abby Maddox scrawled onto their bodies. Dr, Tao, Jerry Isaac, Detective Torrance and the surviving characters have their worlds turned upside down as they grapple with the manipulating psychopath that seems to be taunting and striking out at them from behind bars... That is until she gets out.I will state, unequivocally, that Hillier is a fresh new voice in fiction. Where some use the same tired formula, Hillier shakes things up, pushing the boundaries of Crime, Suspense, Thriller and Horror fiction to create a serious rival to the current crop of masters out there.Hillier's writing breeds three-dimensional characters that literally leap from the page. As a reader, you will believe that she is an expert in Psychology, police procedure and the penal system. Her perfect pacing leaves no room for anything as it plows forward, taking you on a rewarding trip that will cause you to stay up well into the night, take longer lunch breaks and perhaps even keep you off of the social networks (as I did) as you flip page after meaty page.Hillier's got the goods, my friends, and she delivers on all counts.

Jennifer Hillier has a talent for writing a book that is impossible to put down. Sheila Tao is recovering from all that Ethan has caused her and now his girlfriend Abby Maddox is a possible cause of problems from her jail cell. Someone is murdering women and carving "Free Abby Maddox" into their backs. Sheila's relationship with Morris is still in turmoil. This book is fine fantastic freaky great reading. Buy it you will love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
