About the Author Luke Christodoulou is an English teacher (MA Applied Linguistics - University of Birmingham), a poet and an author. He is also a coffee-movie-book-Nutella lover. His first book, THE OLYMPUS KILLER (#1 BESTSELLER - Thrillers), was released in April, 2014. The book was voted Book Of The Month for May on Goodreads (Psychological Thrillers). The book continued to be a fan favorite on Goodreads and was voted BOTM for June in the group Nothing Better Than Reading. In October, it was BOTM in the group Ebook Miner, proving it was one of the most talked-about thrillers of 2014. The second stand-alone thriller from the series, THE CHURCH MURDERS, was released April, 2015. He is currently working on the third book from his planned Greek Island Mysteries book series. He has, also, ventured into children's book land and released 24 MODERNIZED AESOP FABLES, retelling old stories with new elements and settings. The book, also, features sections for parents which include discussions, questions, games and activities. He resides in Limassol, Cyprus with his wife and daughter. Hobbies include travelling the Greek Islands discovering new food and possible murder sites for his stories.

By Meandthemutts Wow, you'll find a wealth of great stories here, well-paced and filled with believable characters, beautiful Greek imagery, fascinating insights into Greek culture and some wonderful, humorous touches. Excellent plot twists too - I really didn't see those coming.These stories can rival the best-sellers and - to be honest - the book knocks many of the famous names out of the park - an easy style, intense plot-lines, superbly life-like characters and all this against the backdrop of gorgeous Greece and its fascinating history and culture. This book has all of the elements needed for great entertainment - and more.The author has an excellent knack for storytelling and this made for a very enjoyable read. I sailed through it and then went back for more, reading his first book, "The Olympus Killer" and I wasn't disappointed there either.Definitely one to watch and follow.
5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. Long-Awaited this book! By rowleyteach Okay, first of all, I have been long awaiting this novel. This is a fast-paced, amazingly suspenseful story in which Captain Papacosta is once again in the pursuit of a serial killer. The storyline revolves around the Book of Revelations. As you read, you fit together pieces of the puzzle to figure out this developing mystery. Other books written with a Christian theme tends to make me uncomfortable. Mr. Christodoulou did an amazing job keeping the Christian theme eloquent and tasteful. He does a masterful job writing a twisted murder story set under the Greek sun. It is a VERY beautiful setting. As I read, I felt as though I was on the Greek Isles. Murder has never been so beautifully set. If you have read "The Olympus Killer", then you will feel an immediate connection with this new case by his use of past characters. I felt as I read that I had reunited with old friends. The characters are relevant and authentic. I will also say, the characters take a surprising twist as an issue in the first book is worked through. If you have not read "The Olympus Killer", then I suggest you do. However, this novel will also read as a stand-alone. Both books will remain on my Read Again List.

Luke Christodoulou has uppedthe ante and has delivered anotherspell-bounding thriller with a mysterythat you will never guess the endingin a million years! Amazing settingand characters. Well written. I knownow why he is called the GreekJames Patterson. Four cases allrelated to the church and all four aretop notch interesting! Keep themcoming!
