About the Author Lawrence Miller is a long-time television and media producer, well versed in creating entertainment. Orell This is a great read of a former Army Ranger now living in northern New Mexico who is brought into a hostage situation involving science, romance, western living, bad guys and tales of lost treasure. You will be captured by the author's development of the present story with flashbacks to earlier events in Decker's colorful past. Welcome Adam Decker as our new hero!

Lawrence Miller is a wonderful "new" author and thisbook hooks you from the beginning. The characters are real and full of intrigue. Miller's travel background and obvious researchmakes for compelling reading!

This first book is set in New Mexico and established Dekker as an interesting, troubled and formidable main character. I don't want to spoil anything but give this series a chance.
