I learned so many useful things from this book, such as: what are health benefits of Tai Chi, how to practice Tai Chi, what is the correlation between Tai Chi and meditation, and finally how to balance all 7 chacras with combination of Tai Chi and meditation. All in all, this book was very useful and I think that all people who pay attention on their body and mental health should practice this traditional Asian technique.

Tai Chi and More By Mary Ward Taylor Mia Conrad has packed her book with information valuable to anyone interested in learning about tai chi and it's benefits. I found that it was very hard to learn how to do tai chi from a book or even a DVD. I had to take a class with a competent instructor with much repetition in the basics of tai chi Quan 24. I go through the tai chi form every day and consider it a vital part of my daily life. The book is a great introduction, but as the author suggested, is only of value if it is put to practice. I agree.
