Whether you agree with Nicole's lifestyle or her past the book truly is a great read! She makes some good points on diets, workouts, and trying to deal with work, life, and her family. She says it like it is and plainly states if you go on a diet.. sure it may work short term.. but one bad day and bam it's all back where as her method of balance have a few cheat days and it won't make a difference. It's a great read honestly. Specially for those who have struggled trying to figure out meal plans and working out.
